DONATE. Your support of the water pressures project currently provides the opportunity for artistic circles to document the Northwestern University/ Rajasthan Scholars Exchange. We have already documented diverse voices from water scarce Rajasthan, echoing a request for attention to the water crisis. We also have the answering voices of concerned college students asking, “ What role do we play?”, “What can we do to help?”
In response to these questions, this Spring, a group of Northwestern University students will travel to Rajasthan, India to experience first-hand, life in the most water-distressed region of the world. Following this visit, the students will return to campus to work on projects addressing the issues raised by the visit. Top water experts from Rajasthan will then visit the Campus of Northwestern to advise the projects and engage the campus in a water forum.
By documenting this groundbreaking exchange the water pressures project will serve as a reproducible model for global collaborations on campuses across the US.
By partnering with artistic circles, the Jal Bhagirathi Foundation and Northwestern University, you or your organization will help share this innovative model of collaboration with a world in desperate need of sustainable water solutions.
